Philosophy
of hospitality

We would like our guests to feel not only tourists, but try to live our city in its most authentic and uncontaminated sides. For this we recommend some of the itinerary unusual; going to eat at "Tonino", for example, one of the few remaining true roman “trattoria” (restaurant) in the center. Or take a coffee or breakfast at “Bar dell’Orologio”, in the evening instead we report the "Vineria" in Campo de’ Fiori for an aperitif, with a large and excellent wine list. All places that are still true and that offer excellent report for quality-price. We also suggest to cross through at least once, at sunset, Ponte Sant'Angelo (the one that brings to the homonymous Castle), 600 mt. from the house, because only that hour to the “Cupolone” (the dome of St. Peter's for roman people) became pink and the sky behind and the waters of the Tiber in front, offer an unforgettable skyline. Finally, walking in the alleys that most main streets, peek into the old craftsmen, small bookshops, bars, “osterie” (old and tipical restaurants) and stores more humble; just so you will breathe a bit warmer atmosphere and true that Rome can still give.
